Certainaly very disturbing!!! Looks like these are from a form of Voodoo doll ritual performed on this person by the name of Barbara. The two dolls maybe to symbolise 'splitting of the personality', to cause intra-personal conflict n emotional distress. The good news is that no needles appear on the dolls, so the 'pain' aspect has not been considered (yet) here
